Product introduction

This product is a strong cationic polyelectrolyte, the appearance is colorless to light yellow viscose liquid. Be dissolved in water easily, not easy to combust, strong coagulate dint, good water solution stability, don' t become gel and keep stable in the wide PH range,anti-chlorine, freezing point:-2.80 C,specifi c weights.04 g/cm 3 , resolve temperature 280-3000 C. This product has medium molecular weight, high charge density, it has strong positive charge can combine with paper-based fi ber negative charge, and can with packing mineral condensation, both have the effect of retention and reducing the blocking in microporous structure, lead to good fi Itering effect.

     Use

In the papermaking process, the product can be used to retain the padding, the small fi ber, the sizing agent and so on, reduce their loss,and improves the fi Itration and the dehydration of paper. Add it outside copper net of papermaking machine, it is advantageous to solid-liquid separation, improve the effi ciency of papermaking machine and reduces the production cost. This product also can be used as fl occulant in papermaking wastewater.

      Application

Please fi rst have a small test to confi rm the correct method and dosage. The product can be used as cationic component in retention and drainage system. The effect will be better if it compound with starch retention and drainage aid. Before using diluted to the solid contentof 1-2%.

Reference usage: one-component, 0.01-0.1% (oven dry paper).

Pack and preserve the product in a sealed, cool and dry condition, and avoid contacting strong oxidants.

The term of validity: Two years.
